Lost Orbit

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of StarCraft II. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

This is uploaded on the NA server. EDIT: Ops, I forgot to texture one of the mains. I will get to it in a day or two and re-upload this later.

Everything that I think ppl liked about scrap station. It is based on scrap station cut along the diagonal axis then mirrored.

This is a 1v1 or 2v2 or FFA map. Lots of interesting things happen when players are in the cross position or close cross position from normal Scrap Station. Things can develop into large macro games where there are lots of different variables that made maps like XelNaga or Shakuras Plateau popular while retaining a sense of the possibility of being in the close position like old scrap station.

This map allows for fast expanding but becomes vulnerable to earlier incoming atks than normally because of a faster destructible walkway. This walkway, however, is much more narrow than normal scrap station due to the multiple larger destructible rocks hindering larger units that require 2x2 squares of mobility (ultralisk, queen, immortal, colossus, archon, tank, hellion) until they are destroyed.
