Line Tower Defense
None of the files in this project are currently meant to be downloaded. They are only here because of my various exploits in personal messages and on the forums to aid other developers. When the map will be released (hopefully in a week, maybe two), it will be announced and this message will be removed. There will be no playable release until it is appropiately finished.
Line Tower Defense
It's a Line Tower Defense, more description will be forthcoming when the actual map will be forthcoming. First scheduled release will be 1.00, which will be a fully playable 1-4 player Line Tower Defense sporting around 50 waves. Be the first to defeat them all to win.
1-4 players kill hostiles for minerals interest every 20 seconds Be the first to defeat all the waves (you manually start your own waves).
Interactive options include: Changing various aspects of all others/one specified other's waves, such as: Forcing a wave to start Making it bigger Making it stronger Making it spawn eratically Force a second wave to simultaneously start Paying minerals to alter their interest modifiers
You should be able to play the game without these features (for beginners), but using them should add interesting tactics and strategies.
A trading system will also be put in place, one with both forced options (eg. you can lend someone money and the system will give it back after a while) or with trust (eg. the player is supposed, but not forced, to do it themselves).
It will be hard to provide it, but an attempted balance between a sort-of medium paced LTD and one with a metagame inside it will be provided.
Finally, a small minigame may be added in which proper microing will result in a decent (but not gamebreaking) amount of minerals to be gathered.
