Friggin Huge Distance to your enemy! I got tired of small maps where zerg mobility dosent do sh!t because of the size. I miss the good old big maps so, well i belive i now have made the biggest 1v1 melee map to date! Took about 4 days to make. It should be pretty much perfectly balanced. I aint go into details about the map, since screenshots much better than boring text!
I don't like the layout. I can understand why you want greater distances between you and your opponent, but you overdid it. As a result, the only good strategy on this map is turtling and harassing with drops or banshees - the player that tries to make a push always looses. Also, the middle of the map next to the road is virtually non-existant - no one ever uses it.
Don't get me wrong - this map can be made into a great one, but it needs some work first. Try reducing the distance that armies need to travel along the highway in the early game and working on the middle section of the map. Also, go into the Game Variants menu and press Generate Defaults to fix the game modes (right now the only option is Custom).
