it does not work for me
Hi. I'm pretty knew to this, so I don't know that much. But I was wondering if this download would let me use Warfield as a unit for a Custom Games Map. If it can, how do I do it. I have been looking all over the web, but couldn't find much. All the pictures above seem to be deleted, so can someone help me? BTW: I do know how to use the map editor a little bit, so that should help. Thanks.
The textures don't apply for me either. Any help?
When importing the textures don't apply, I even tried to import textures first, exit, then import models, nothing...
So, how's the progress coming on the mechanical arm?
Thanks again for making this, Underp4ntz. Warfield will be playable in my team's map sometime next year. I'll let you know when he becomes playable, just in case you feel like testing the map.
Another excellent job! Will be using in an as yet unnamed map. Works flawlessly.
wow!!! o.O great model!
This is awesome. Now I want to find a way to get Warfield into my campaign! :)
Again, great job on that. I love it !
looks epic :D but can u make general warfare with ranyors gun (in planet char that looks like sniper) on the general?
@Illidans911:Yea the editor is pretty bugged. If still not works try to import the textures First, and after that you import the 2 models. So be sure you uncheck the M3 files from the tree and import. After that uncheck all textures and import the 2 Models. Maybe that will help?
@dra6o0n:A version with the Robot arm will be released after the normal version.
Odd, ive been doing that but i try again and it works :s lol.. ty?
and also, nice reskin :)
I thought Warfield lost his arm at the end of SC2? Can't you get a model of when he comes back with a mechanized arm with a built in cannon?! Use marauder abilities.
I tested it few mins ago. And works perfect. I have added new install screenshot on this page press ctrl+f5 if you dont see it.
What i did is:
1: Extracted the ZIP
2: Opened SC2 Editor
3: Import > Navigate to Extracted ZIP Folder
4: Imported all Files
5: Saved & Restarted the Editor.
No. did that like 500 times lol
Restart your Editor it should work
Helpz! when i put the unit in with all the import screen just like the screenie it turns out with no textures!
Thanks, So far i know people has 50mb now so 1 map can be 50mb. but you cannot upload more maps. if you got 5 maps of 10mb you can upload 5 maps. I think battle.net will be increase the limits on time. "i hope" :D
Just wanted to say: Great work! The only thing that worries me is that the imported model is 1.7MB in size, that means you can only use like what 2-3 custom models if you still want to have your map hosted on Battle.net.
This is a big fail from Blizzard to be honest, back in the beta I made a Campaign map, importing over 100 sound files for the voice overs which resulted in a 60MB size. By that I conclude we will never see campaign maps hosted on battle.net, too bad.
