You can "gamble" on items here. You can set the item rank, and any mods you specifically want, and the item type. to gamble for "any" item though, is about 1/3rd the cost of getting a specific item. Items drop from monsters, and item ranks (tiers) are endless, so it isnt always a great idea to go for the perfect mod rolls. Again, there is some lore and other stuff hidden in with the chat text.
