I do all kinds of different kitbashes and retextures.
I am currently struggling with burnout and I am learning to live in some healthy balance. That means I will not release models very often, but sometimes I will make some when I feel like it. So I guess you could consider me semi-retired ? Anyway, I am not doing any requests for the moment, until my mind is healed, which might take a long time. So please do not ask any requests of me, no exceptions (Asking for a fix if model is broken is not a problem). But I still want to do at least some models and share them with you. Hopefully you will find some of them useful :)

I would also love to continue making story maps that would include my own models (But that's probably only a dream now. I have very little time and energy for that).
And last but not least, I'd really love to do more commander concepts with videos, because people seem to love those, of course those would require additional models and lot of them. Original credits go to Activision Blizzard and their respective authors. Most of my stuff is made from their models, textures and voicelines, which means, don't use my assets for any commercial purposes. Otherwise you are free to use my models as you want including edits. Crediting is not necessary as long as you don't claim the model as your own. For edited models, I'd like to be credited as original author.
Hey! First off, I wanted to tell you that I love what you are doing here, Second off, I've recently been teaching myself how to use the SC2 editor, and I started to create a modified Tal'darim Faction, Of which I wanted to use your Tal'darim Adun Immortal Skin, but when I downloaded it and loaded it into the editor, it was just glowing white and wouldn't stop, and I can't seem to find anything like it, is there a way to fix it? Or is it part of the download side? Either way, I've seen that you haven't been as active so you might not see this, but I appreciate all this anyway

Did you, when importing, put the textures in the path "Assets/Textures", just like that, no differences?

Hello. I'm glad you like my work. And don't worry I see this. I might not make models anymore, but i still check here almost daily :)
For your issue. I'm almost sure that the sollution CerberusSC2 suggested is the right one. All the textures from the downloaded need to be in subfolders "Assets/Textures/" in the import window. Not a folder less or more. For example let's say you have texture named: "Image.dds", then it needs to be like this: "Assets/Textures/Image.dds", that way it will work.
If you have it for example like this: "AdunImmortalTaldarim/Assets/Textures/Image.dds" or this: "Textures/Image.dds" it won't work.
Also once you have the textures in right place, it might be required to save your map/mod and reload the editor for the textures to apply to the model.

The "center" attachement point of Spear is not so well spotted on the model. I mean.. it is sad when you have it buffed/debuffed with model animations that are simply not at the right place. It also gives some silly rotation from the selection circle. Do you think it's worth improving?
I was wondering if you would try doing a Tosh with a jetpack and the monomolecular blade, similar to the Fury model you made but with, Tosh instead of course. I'm working on a Tosh commander that works with many of your ideas but makes him more of a Cerberus Zerg, and Tosh's Goons hybrid like Nova, and for his assault mode I wanted him to have a jetpack and a blade, so for now I'm using the Fury model but a female model for a male character looks... off.

That might be really difficult. The animation Skeleton of the Fury model is based on a sleek female anatomy of Nova, it most likely won't work with tosh.

Hello,
I have found an issue with the Team colored Protoss Advanced Hybrid and Zerg Advanced Hybrid models. (The Nemesis works)
It occurs when they start playing their birth animation. The placement model, and pre-placed units work fine.
When their birth animation starts playing the game crashes.
Hope you're doing well, been a while since you made some cool stuff here.

I love the look of you're golden oracle, ''actually golden oracle'' it looks super awesome.
Extensive tests in game and in the cut scene editor how ever have shown me it causes both the galaxy editor to crash in the cut scene editor and it causes multiplayer games to crash in battle net.
needs a fix im afraid to tell ya (looks really awesome though)

I have it open currently now in 3ds max -- but I too do not see what is wrong -- it looks fine to me here too

I tried it and it really crashes and I have no idea why. I opened it in Blender and exported it and the exported model works fine, but is less glossy for some reason.
But then I remember that I must have had the model open in cutscene editor to take the screenshots of it ith team color for the image. So I went to my old test map and tried the original model and it doesn't crash. I then exported it and imported in a new map and it doesn't crash either. I don't get it, it's the same model I uploaded on sc2mapster. Maybe it got damaged during the upload ?

The one that ends with _fix is the one from Blender and the one ending with _Original is the one I exported from the test map. Try them, hopefully they will work.
I also wonder why noone of the 30+ people who downloaded the model didn't report this issue until you did.

ahh to be fair I think I have yet to ''test'' every ''custom model'' ever downloaded ''in game'' and ''in the cut scene editor'' I only found out because I my self personally during a random test decided to build an oracle my self and found the crash happened the moment I made one so, hard to know ahead of time any way.
the one labeled ''original'' crashes the cut scene editor, thats the one with brighter shines on it too I think, the one I like more lol. I wonder if it has something to due with the material layers, for the enviro map. it also crashes in game
the one labled ''fixed'' works in the cut scene editor, and works in game too.

The weird thing about the "original" version works fine as long as it is not uploaded. Perhaps the problem is the .ZIP compression process ? I will try to send you the model in a test map or just as a file tomorrow.
This stuff has gotten super spicy since I last checked :o

I found out the blizzard's purifier dragoon has a morph mode, but unfortunately team color gets disabled as I found out when replacing the diff morph texture with the regular diff texture.
