6 Powerups:  Hp restore(green), energy restore(purple), enemy wipe(grey), and 3 different weapons(red, blue, yellow) each with 5 levels
Changes to previous content.

The yellow weapon is a bit overpowered, and it only has unit targeting, no point targeting.
Waves might be spawning too close to each other
The enemy missiles are still sometimes bugged out after flying too far
Doodads interact with enemy missiles but not with player ship or missiles, not sure if/how this will change.
