Eagle AI by MTops
Fighting with the Insane AI might be tough because it cheated, but we would always be interested on challenging a fair and smarter AI. MTops worked for months on his melee AI and is showing the choke point detection function. I hope we can have an progamer-like AI soon :)

This is awsome, there is some very talented peoplenout there working for costum maps and to enhance our sc2 experience. I'm sure this AI will be awsome once its finished. I' allready impress, and a more intelligent, fair and player-like AI would be an awsome add-on for the game or costum maps even in multiplayers we could use this kind of AI for teams etc.

I dont know if you plan more than one difficulty setting for your AI, but it would be great. A difficulty like a casual player, another would be like a great player and maybe one based on the gameplay of some of the best players out there ? I dont know. Yes, i know this is still in test and development, its a bit soon to talk about that.
Interesting.. Really interesting :) But the only way for me to understand it properly will be when I'll test it. xD
one thing that i noticed is that playing as a terran against an insane AI zerg and blocking the path, the AI knows already what to do without scouting. i think....
