iCJug is basically a melee tournament system where players based on skills and priorities are picked to play together. Who loses become and observer and who wins stays playing. And of course, there are all the Debates features on it, including admins, all-time ranking, player's stars, etc. The system works for any melee map. There are also some pretty cool Observer features, like minimizing the UI and stuff along those lines.
