Catalyst by Eiviyn

Too often I news proof of concepts or early stage maps. I want to introduce you today a playable map called Catalyst by Eiviyn. It's a hero map with capture points that looks like the Onslaught mode of Unreal Tournament 2004. It's rising in popularity in Europe Battle.net :)

The Keep it Simple principle has been heavily used during the creation process and the result is really impressive. You easily identify what your possibilities are, what you have to do, how to play ... I've played many maps so far and I'd say that 80% of them are really hard to understand when you first play them.

Symbiosis by Ring of Creation

I've never seen such an impressive terrain on a melee map. Symbiosis is a 3v3 map made by the Ring of Creation team. Just watch the video :)

Bomberling Arena by progammer

Bomberling Arena is the Custom map contest entry of progammer, one of mapster moderators. It is basically a bomberman adapted to Starcraft 2. It's pretty fun to play. If you are lucky to be in the US, you want to test it out :)

Sound Pack by IskatuMesk

IskatuMesk has been actively making various songs and musics during the past few years and is releasing his library. There are several hours of content including World of Warcraft and Neverwinter Nights rips, sfx sounds, composed music ... You may want to check the sounds out in order to dramatically increase your map quality.
