I like it, maybe make an alternate version where the two middle ramps are blocked instead of the ones at top and bottom middle for those people who hate the quicker rush maps. But the way things are blocked right now forces people to keep certain parts of the map in their control and sight to avoid being flanked, I like that.
Give it a modified probe build ability with the range set to whatever you want. To change what it can build click "Ability - Info+" and edit around in there.
Explore a bit and you'll figure out what everything in there is.
edit: click "Ability - Info+" in the build ability, not the command center. Just wanted to clarify that.
Instead of using share you could try setting up a trigger that just gives you the unit completely when a marine enters it, and gives it to neutral when one leaves.
Tools -> Brush -> Allow Cliff Merging
If for some reason cliffs don't look good merged together you can use the "Cliff Filler" doodads (or many others I guess) if they fit your terrain.
The tree list is there to show you the things that are connected to your unit, and to allow you to edit some of their settings. To actually change whats on the list you have to click the Master Reaper unit at the top of your tree and edit the data on the right side of your screen, go down to the section with all of the Movement - " " options and one should be Movement - Movers.
I'm not sure why it won't let you edit the movers, are you sure you're looking at "Movement - Movers" on your Master Reaper unit?
As for copying things in a neater fashion, I haven't bothered to mess around with data editor much but you could try going to the unit tab, right clicking and going to Add Object, and at the bottom of the menu for making the new unit, have it copy the one you want it based on. That way it will basically be the exact same unit with a different name. Then you can make copies of anything you want to edit for that specific new unit.
as the post above me said, the Cliff Jumper copy you made needs to be connected to your Reaper Jump behavior, or you could just use the original Cliff Jumper mover.
also, whats with all those terran upgrade copies? lol
Im not sure exactly how you wanted it to work, but you could try to make the security fence into a unit and make a trigger that kills the sandbag doodads in front of it when it dies, or make one of the sandbags a unit and give it an appropriate footprint for your barricade and make the fence / other sandbags die when the sandbag unit dies.
I haven't really taken a look at much in the editor since I've just been playing around with terrains so I might be saying nonsense right now.
You could set a trigger with the event being "unit comes within range of unit (if its possible to set a variable to detect item drops as units) and have it get picked up automatically. After that just have your inventory operated by hotkeys or make it so when you're in your inventory you can use your mouse but not move your character.
Another possible solution might be to make a region that moves to dropped items and picks it up when you enter to it?
Again, I've been sticking to terraining since I've gotten my hands on the editor, so you should wait for someone else to respond I guess, but this is something you can look into for now.

Here you go. Editing what shows up in the blue box is done in the red box when selecting "Master Reaper".
