I'm not near my computer atm to check, so maybe you need to re-add it from the Windows menu. It's called Palette Window or something. Or you can just reset all of your rooms from the sub menu in the Windows menu. That's probably easier. Then after resetting, choose the Lock option, so you can't close it again (until you unlock them)
