this week I finished a new asset mod about naval elements. Nova mission pack2 mod contains various ships and doodads for naval maps such as motorboat team sprint. But some of these assets have few animations or effects, so I made this mod to afford full functional models to help us.
Animations (m3a) with drive motion for Beach citizens.
Motorboat with animations, effects and death models.
Naval weapons like naval mine and torpedo.
underwater explosion effects.
sea animals shark and turtle.

I hope you like them and find good use with them, there are few naval element maps in SC2. Mod will be release after the final check, should be in 1 or 2 days.
I began to share showcase on youtube now. You can check a summary of my previously sc2 models if you have interest.
In short, seamless textures must be seamless. Usually, they should piece together when you tile them. You can use a lot of tools to making them, for example the filter "displacement" in Photoshop can help you finding the joints so that you can fix them.
I am uploading these max files, but there are too many of them, I just PM you to explain my delay. I will finish the uploading in days, here is the first part.
I have added your descriptions to the beginning of all rar files' name, it should helpful for searching the right file, usually each rar file contains max files, textures and gif showcases, if 3dsmax warnings loosing textures plz search them in SC2 assets or just contact me for help.
Btw, it's really a big request, now remain 27 groups of max files to go.

Let's have a quick view of the final result first.
As you see, the texture remains the same while we scaling, moving or rotating the model, which could be very convenient when you need a seamless lava on your map.
Let's back to the beginning, first we need to create a plane in 3dsmax.
Second, we need to add textures and materials for this model, the textures for this tutorial are list here.
lavasilverbase.dds
lavasilvertoprock.dds

(The textures can be found in SC2 official texture asset mod, all textures are seamless.)
Add a SC2 Composite material in Material Editor.
We need composite material here because we need to split the effects for emissive and solid parts.
Solid part:
The textures set for each slot:
Adjust the alpha test threshold (0255) according to how many rocks you want to contain in the final effect.
Set a parallax height (025) to create the a parallax effect for your rocks, the height map was store in the alpha channel of lavasilvertoprock.dds
In SC2 bitmap slot, set all UV-mapping for textures as "Planar World Z", this will keep the texture status (on Z direction) for all situation.
Glow part:
The textures set for each slot:
Use "add" blend mode so that the glow and solid part can blend together while the solid can keep it's specular and diffuse effects and the glow part can emissive among the parts that been truncated by alpha test threshold.
(I have added another glow material for more details, but not a constraint to the final result.)

Yesterday I just finished this effect about this most famous ball around the world, hope you like it, I will release the model tomorrow after a few final adjusts.
I have received a request from @TaurusCZ about various grenades several days ago, The attachment has packed up with a group of mines, grenades and other military equipment for you guys, as well as their relevant FX models. I wish TaurusCZ and every modder who has interest can find fun with them.

Here are the rest files. For some reasons I can't share a few files with you, which may show you the very wrong ways to make current SC2 models.
Wish you like them, and find helpful ideas from them. I should co-work with Veratai next for I have already postponed the request many times.

It's one model with all animations inside, but you can still control where to summon your pokemon just like all beam models in SC2.
