im looking for someone to take over developement of my map "Battle of Zerus", since i dont really have enough time anymore to keep updating the map. The main mechanics, Terrain etc. are mostly finished and its already published on the EU server with mainly positive ratings. I really like the map and i'd be happy if someone could keep developing/updating it, maybe adding some new stuff, improving balance or just fixing bugs.
The map constists of 2 teams, one terran team with 4 players and one infested team with 2 players. Infesteds continuosly spawn infested marines/terrans which they can upgrade. They can also build some special units that can help. Terrans have some changed units that come are also in melee sc2 and some enterily new units. Every terran also has one unique building to create stronger Units.
The "Accept" in graphics menu does work for those things that are already on the map. I also use a nvidia card. But when i build Units ingame some of them spawn black also. Camera panning cant be the reason for that, especially because those are rendered black for all players, even those that didnt got the camera panned to that location
Im currently working on a new Star-Wars inspired Map. Since a while some models turn completely black for no reason. The problem only happens to some Units/Models, most of the time its working. The Models im having Problems with is the clone trooper model from this Thread: http://www.sc2mapster.com/forums/development/artist-tavern/requests/25163-star-wars-model/
The same problem i also have with some models that are normal SC2 models, the "New Folsom Sandbags". They're attached to an Unit as actor attachment, and some of them also get rendered black sometimes.
It happens when testing in editor andwhen playing in battle.net.
Does anyone have any idea why this happens and how to fix it?
