check under "validators " in the data editor.. when there look for the folder "unit compare speed" ... and then in that folder there should be a "not moving" example. Attach that validator to your launch missile validator check . If its an attack with no missle then attach it to the damage effect validator field

are their any search filter validators for this?... like a unit is moving?
