So if you have raynor (the sniper version) and you wanted to make him have a ghost rifle, or a marine rifle, or a mercenary marine rifle, could you do it? I already have the models for the weapons that are seperated from the units.
So I made an electric discharge ability that is a modified spectre psi lash that deals damage and 25% to nearby enemies and I need two more things form it: 1.) I want it to search anything in the target area and if it is still alive after the initial attack and apply a stun effect to it checking that it is not heroic, and
2.) I want it to deal a % weapon damage, not a fixed damage (if its ridiculously hard or complex as in 15+ min then don't worry about it)
And also, I need help with textures. I imported a custom model (http://www.sc2mapster.com/assets/kanis-models/) and it came with textures, but I have no clue how to put them onto a unit. There seems to be no clear tutorials explaining how. Could someone put that in simple terms for me?
Ok so... I have this map where a player will find and rescue cars (they change control to "rescuer") and they can use bring them to a garage to be modified into something useful. So here's the problem: I have these buttons pop up but they're showing for ALL players (in this case I only have 2 and want to resolve the issue before I move on) and any player can click them. So I need the buttons to only appear for the owner of the vehicle. I tried to resolve this with adding the players individually to a group with one player in it and then having the actions occur to each player (only 1 player) in the unit group. This didn't seem to work. Any ideas how to fix this?

And the create tank repeats for the other 5 vehicles. Also, It is set up the same way for player 2.
