I have a dds converter, so i could technically make custom textures. Thnks mozared for the idea, i didn't think to try this. sorry if i don't submit an entire map, but i will try it out for experience
i would just edit blink... set it so that it has infinite range, yet it (i'm assuming) can only be applied to areas that are currently within your sight.
just go to the blink ability and effect, and tweak both of em to do this... sorry i don't have the method memorized, but it's easy to figure out
the way i'd do it is to go to the attack actor (like when you have a unit and a list of actors, one of them says, for example "battlecruiserattackground")
click on the actor, go to the "art" tab, and change the impact model to the yamato cannon explosion
i have a mac... which comes with quicktime (for screen recording) and imovie (for video editing) for free
basically, i freakin love macintosh :D
sorry if that doesn't help, but this might:
you can probably find something (like a windows ripoff of imovie) for free on a freeware site... just type "free video editor" into google and see what ya get

maybe blizzard got bought out by megablocks, which would seriously explain away their cluelessness when it comes to gaming service

well i'd appreciate your participation no matter the result... i'm currently uploading my vid to youtube. it'll take about an hour or 2
i'm sure you could make a much better vid without that damned watermark
