However, since this is a one-way upgrade, it shouldn't lose all capability for it's original purpose, since the Hellion/Hellbat can switch back and forth.

Upgrades the Vulture into the Condor, a larger more powerful Hovervehicle, bordering on being a Hover-tank.
It wouldn't be light or armored, it would have splash damage with slight damage increase, and have the ability to build more spider-mines.
I am guessing, something like 165 HP, movement speed of 2.65, 20 damage(30 vs light), splash damage would be 60% the size of a siegetank.
Or something like that, what do you think Soul?
And yeah, the Archons dont really need a buff, if anything give them maelstrom :P
The idea for the Condor upgrade is to balance it out with Hellbats.
Sorry that I haven't really been helping with suggestions, but I don't have HoTS yet, so I can't really help.
But I'm going to try anyways:
For the Dark-Templar Blink, perhaps give it a shields requirement? In which it eats some of the DTs shields in order to use the ability.
For the Archons, I would suggest a slightly larger splash range, and the attack bounces to one more enemy, dealing 50% less damage, an having 25% less splash size than default.
Did you ever get around to fixing the bugs with placement of infested cocoons and the colonists being unable to target structures "Must target land units"?

The "Creeper" Swarmhost seems a bit OP, with the ability to teleport across the map. Maybe a range limit would balance it out?
The Torrasque breed ultra seems balanceable.
The Lurker/Impaler make interesting choices

Well, I can't help much since I am limited in knowledge of the editor, but I can say that there is a section that makes no sense:
"Example: I have a camera focusing on a unit that I have asiganado, but when that unit becomes another drive, I lose control of the House."
From this, you have a camera focusing on an assigned unit, but when it becomes another "Drive"(?) you lose control of the "House"(?) Do you mean when the unit changes state, or when the camera switches to another unit? And lose control of what house? or do you mean lose control of the level, or lose control of the unit?
One of the mutations that was shown a while back, after close examination, appeared to be a severely bloated... Lurker.
So Lurkers are a possibility, there are also the Guardian and Devourer textures, and then the new Nydus Worms.
Scourge are also a possibility, And if we get Abberations then we will probably also get Infested Civilians and Marines...
That makes it..... 21... units? Wow
It has been stated multiple times that the Dark Voice IS NOT a Xel'Naga, when will people do some research?
He will probably make another appearance however.
It doesn't look Xel'Naga to me, But also doesn't look too Terran-y, Xel Naga have darker colors with a rounder more spiky design.
And Terrans don't use that wierd ridgy style.

Well, from what I can tell, perhaps the Primals should be made into their own race? a special 4rth race?
Mostly because they are too different.
We wouldn't need to give them factions, the fact that they are a personal race should be enough perhaps.

No, I don't mean a transformation.
It would be a litteral upgrade, not a transformers thing.
It would need a custom model, one that seems more high-tech and more powerful. Perhaps using pieces of the Spartan Company and the Hels Angels?
