Hello Renee, ive really been enjoying the map lately, the temple is the only one that works right? Ive been getting a ton of people into it lately. But theres one bug im not sure your aware of.
When someone leaves in a 2v2 the game lags to the high heavens. This is a consistant bug which happens every-time. We all prefer to play 2v2 and when someone leaves the game, no matter what the circumstance, the lag kicks in so bad right after that- causing everyone to say screw it and leave. fix this and its perfect thanks =]
There is anther map: (4) Turtle Rock.
The some one leave=lag issue seems only brought by the 3.0 patch... and currently could do little on the map side/
Not sure if known because this thread is so long...
Pitfall: Removing a unit does not instantly remove it from unit groups anymore
Solution: remove it manually, else maybe a check for it being alive works. It basically means that you now need to actively prevent this... same for inventory items, though.
Caused some bugs in my diablo map.
I encountered this in the trigger of war3 mod too.
for everyone who is interested in what is possible since patch 3.0.
here is a map: battlenet://starcraft/map/2/148064 i created it 2 years ago but lagged too hard even with 2 players.
Now it runs flawless with 4 players. mouse position/button is requested every 2nd frame (0.125).
I added a tutorial, so no need to play with others.
Well, since my connection to EU is toooo slow. So I can't check it.
To be honest, compared to just patch up the old game, I hoped that there would be a actual offical project to redo war3 in SC2 engine and continue maintain its balance.
My mod has did its best, but there are still unfixible things which could only ask for engine support. Like the tree just occpied too much rescources, etc.
I'm not even sure what that means. They already work on modern OS as far as I know. Hopefully we get updated graphics, controls and battle.net support.
I guess those games have more underlying problems that the end user doesn't really experience but Blizzard wants to clean their code. This could actually lead to higher resolutions, battle.net 2 support, and other things. Although, do people actually want the new battle.net in their old SC?
oh, it looks new.
I thought it was some old news until I clicked the link.

Increase the height of the Label.

The hp number should have been fixed.
It actually worked fine before the fix in zhCN locale since we used different font.
So I didn't checked the EN client too much.
I increased the width and decrease the font size to make it work for enUS under 500000/500000

@ImperialGood: Go
It still has nothing to do with the arcade, when Heroes have no arcade

Though, the war3 hd at least need a more powerful editor than the orginal one to be successful.

1. The heath: it can be done.
2. The Armor Data: will investgate. I don't want to do it with trigger, so I will dig raw XML way.

I won't use words that is so extreme.
Given that the Heroes is already live for 1 year, and there is no sign of them to do any Arcade things.

Well, we can only hope
But since Heroes and SC2 are now two different games.
The two dev team may not share the same goal on arcade scene.
