I'm not sure why everyone is having a shot at Blizzard, they aren't even trying to trademark Dota. Valve is the greedy company because they don't want anyone else to use the name even though they have a very shaky claim for trademarking it. It is true that Blizzard doesn't have a solid case for a trademark but like I said earlier, they aren't attempting to trademark the name. Blizzard is happy for the Dota name to be used by everyone, so stop the mindless arguments about who has more claim.
