Pretty sure I've seen Reload time in the data weapons as well as magazine data assets. So there should be a way to do it all in data editor to speed up performance. But if not triggering would be fine if not every unit on your map has an ammo using weapon.
Something was going on with the mouse steering, was really jerky and hard to steer, but i was getting 50fps, so I don't know what it was exactly. Pretty cool map though!

People have an unreasonable hate of SotIS/DotA, because other people have an unreasonable love of SotIS/DotA.
Yes it's a pretty good game. But it isn't the BEST game, or the most impressive.
As well, map makers get annoyed when people go on and on about AoSs (DotA/SotIS), because people obsess over them to the exclusion of other games. Other games made by those mappers.

It won't bog down the game, but you're going to get delay from .5 + depending on what alls going on in your map. So it's not good for anything where you need precision control. But setting up key detection for some ability's would be perfectly fine.

I made a pretty sick Grid Based Movement system back in WC3.
You're going to want to google A* Pathing algorithm, from there it's easy.
This is going to be alot easier with straight Galaxy coding then trying to accomplish in the Data Editor or GUI editor.

I love Dota and Hon but Sotis just isn't polished, it looks bad, plays bad and just does not interest me.

I'm pretty sure the game only updates frames every 0.0625 seconds.

Cool idea, but is it viable for multi player?
Sounds like alot of custom triggers running, that with horribly laggy WASD on b.net kinda makes this a dream only map :(
