i have a Turret ( Anty air ) , that shoots down Astroids for cash ,
but when the enemys come , they dont attack them they keep killing them freaking astroids . is there a way to make it so Astroids are last prioraty to attack?
So 2v2 game play , make units to send them to Enemy base ( each units has its special abilities from , Mind Control , slow , Diactivate towers , Transport ( pics up unit on path then flys to enemy base ) , speed units , Spawn unit ( spawns units on the go ) ect....
Make towers to stop the Enemy or for special boost , or simply cut arround the Enemy AA ( change flight path of air units , make a gate for your units to move faster through ur maze ect.. )
Use Spawning strats to get past enemytowers ( release the shiled , then release Faster untis with lower HP , shiled protect your mass of lower HP units )
enemy over flowing you make a Mind control Unit to reduce wave size and to help counter .
-10 unique units
-12 towers
- Use the 2 tech trees ( units + towers ) to research diffrent units/towers deppending your strat
Make units , make a Maze , and kill Astroids for cash $$$$ ,
when u duplicate a unit , only duplicate what u plan on Editing
exp: if u plan on changing a weapon , then make sure you duplicate the weapon
once you duplicate an Object it gona have the word *copy*copy 1 * copy 2* ect... in it.
does COPY are the once u need to Change or edit ( the other are usless )
you should always copy the models,actors unless you plan on using custom actors or models.
Second Question:
i just add the letter A as a prefix for EVERY unit/abilities/behaviour/ ...ect...
third question:
dont thing u can have foldure for diffrent things int he data editor . just ad a prefix , type it in the search bar and you will find it

all about Tutorials and patients. youtube = SC2 tutorial
but have u guys tryed COL wars SL!!!?? very very fun to play with friends , more then the original. BUT!!!!! it has a shit loads of bugs , like the THOR that attacs ground as a prioraty insted of AIR! , lol . but much better .
the way i have it set up is that : you need to have a building completly BUILT befor you can build the next Tier . easy enought.
now what i want to do is :
have it so you need to Click a button and pay XX to allow building it.
essentially the presing the button becomes the required action for alowing a player to build a structure.

hey ,
i have a creep tower in my map that spawns creep , and when u walk on it it does DOT ( damg over time )
now it works PERFECTLY for all units excep zerg units , when they walk on the creep they slow down?
my ling has a speed of 5 , and it gets a -4.95 , i have no idea why , i never touched the speed.

im trying to make a map with , grass ,sand, ect..... ( diffrent zone)
when i go to put texture first time it worked, now i cant<sub> it doesnt change.. wtf? </sub>
cant turn grass into sand any more. any ideas why? i evan tryed remaking the map. still bugs.

the way i have it set up is that : you need to have a building completly BUILT befor you can build the next Tier . easy enought.
now what i want to do is :
have it so you need to Click a button and pay XX to allow building it. essentially the presing the button becomes the required action for alowing a player to build a structure.
how do i set that up to a button?
