I do not try to hijack the thread, nor do I try to be an expert, but I think that you may want to take a look at my current loadingscreen for Amira Tower Defence. What I really think you lack, are colors and proper placement. I do not show any ingame footage in my own loadingscreen, but I do have a lot of colors. The textplacements are also decent (to me at least).
Feel free to grab any ideas you get from my loadingscreen. :)
Also, if anyone wonder, the description of my upcoming update is not correct. Just a placeholder.
What you currently do, is that you add a 3 second duration behavior, which enables a different behavior (which lasts forever). The game is never told to disable that other behavior again.
You'll need to either put a duration at the behavior you add with your behavior, make an expire effect which removes the invulnerability behavior, or make the behavior you add, the one that gives invulnerability.
Events usually do not refer to variables, because of the simple fact, that you can use one trigger for all of your dialog buttons. Just put in a switch or if/then/else in the actions. Takes up less triggers, and does exactly the same.
I felt stressed at the start of the map. I just spawned in the middle of an open terrain, with a hero selected, and the message "Game will begin in 5 seconds". You may want to give newcomers a chance to read the ability descriptions, before the first wave starts. I also noticed a lot of other stuff, but I've already talked to you about that.
I see no reason to hate at Blizzard. They only failed at the popularity system. You're all pointing out minor issues, which are unimportant, and wouldnt have been complained about, if Blizzard had got the popularity system right to start off with. It's nothing but a bad chain reaction. Take it easy everybody, and give them a chance. Every game or service has some issues at release. They'll get fixed.

They have nothing to do with eachother. So, no.

Question 2 is easy to do. Take a look at the Psi Disruptor, it does pretty much what you describe.

Would the Trigger Execution Count condition work?

That new video is really cool, aswell as the logo. This can indeed turn out to be good.

Is this released or in development? And, is it available for us to play?

You should consider changing the color of the total column to something like red, instead of blue. It's kinda hard to read.

7/10 It's tiny, and doesnt fill up much of the box. I like it, though.
