oddjupe, try checking your dependencies, if you're using story mode unit/doodads or anything, move your story mode dependency on top of everything else. Sometimes the dependencies does not load correctly.
Seriously... Is there no one competent enough to help me in this issue? I've searched over the entire internet network knowing that people rarely encounter this situation.
If anyone is kind enough here, please point me a site where I can get some feedbacks.
I have been programming AI for the beta version and I noticed a major revamp to the galaxy scripts when it transition to the retail version (in fact, there are so many modifications to it even before the retail is released). So if you've developed your map during the beta version, the galaxy scripts that is in your old map will certainly not work in the retail version.
I'm extremely irritated by a bug that occurs everytime I have edited the Data Section by adding a new element (e.g. in the music category). This bug only occurs when there's imported file(s) in the map. The error message that is provided is shown as below:
"Unable to move existing archive (It is already being used by another process)" ........ <preceded by the file/map directory>
There's another similar thread which is posted in this forum, since that was quite an old thread, I thought of making another one so that someone would point out the correct method/solution to this bug.
Another question - Is there a way to save my document without having to overwrite my existing one? If there is, I believe this would solve this bug/error. Thanks.
Edited. Another Note : I'm making a cinematic movie using the editor and I'm importing alot of sound files into it.
