Yours seems more detailed than mine x] I just put a bunch of korhal buildings everywhere. It was really a lighting exercise for me, since I don't have a lot of experience with it.
My viewing distance is max, and I picked from the list of known working skyboxes. I don't think I'm even doing it right anymore, since I tried a bunch of things. How do you make your skybox visible in the editor? How do you change it?
Instead of just digging up an old practice terrain like my last submission in this thread, I decided to actually make something specific for this. I tried working on the concept of a floating waterfall. Second Submission.
Not really my favorite since I don't have enough terraining experience to pick one. This is an old test that I did a while back. Any comments / suggestions are much appreciated.
It looks a lot better now. I think you can find the map file and add it as an attachment. That's for future reference. You don't have to do so now if it's too much of a hassle x]
Duuuuude that's really sick! Can I see more screenies? Or maybe dl the map for a closer look?
EDIT: Though this is extremely awesome, you might wanna cover up the edges of the giant stone slab you used for the ground in the picture. It looks kinda awkward. And also the pillars on the right are hanging off the edge a little bit.
Woah, really impressive stuff! I'm really noobish with the editor, I just play around with terrain a lot. I was wondering how you did all that. By that I mean the explosions, the long lasers from the Ghosts, and the Reapers in mid flight.

It was fun playing with the lighting and I managed to get an effect I liked.

I agree, the first screeny seems the most convincing. I'm really noob with the lighting! D: How do you make it look blurry and such?

I meant, how did you make everything else pitch black? I like the effect a lot.

I was also actually wondering how focus works. Does it have something to do with the lighting or the fog or anything like that?
