But that's a matter of discretion - I have no problems working with people who are 12, for example, as long I know they can handle it.
I mean for gods sake, I'm not going to pretend I'm amazing at the editor (at least not yet) and I'm sure Grenegg and the OP are MUCH better then me!
tl;dr it's a social rule of age + experience = maturity, but no one is saying you guys aren't talented!
The goal of this is to show as much simplicity as possible - even for allowing advanced features and doo-dads, it shouldn't be hard to understand or confusing to use - one glance, and pretty much most people should be able to figure it out.
I'd like to focus on release in the US first, though I see no reasons others from other regions can't help out.
Our first project is what I call a Dual Layered Moba, combining the RPG and Arena combat of a hero vs hero and the concepts of base building and defense. Pretty much all the details of the project is written down and just waiting to be implemented, and there is a TON of cool stuff here.
Just like with a real job, if a person has the requisite skill and enough maturity to handle the responsibility, age shouldn't have to be a factor. That being said, I consistently ban people from our community who are 28-40 years old if they act like an ass and start drama constantly.
I don't know why you would stop reading there, or be biased against those of a younger generation.... I'm also confused as to why these irrelevant and misleading posts keep popping up..? I certainly never commented or attacked anything you have posted, and don't see why you feel the reason to do it here.

However, I fail to see how that's relevant to Massive Potential recruiting or our project..? It's not like I'm trolling, or spooking you with fake recruitment posts :p every group has to start somewhere!
