Hey, normally I love your work, but this time, the last one really looks... plastic :/
T.
The first 3 are ok, the 2nd one looks the best.
But for the love of god what is wrong with Lord Marrowgar? He looks like T2000 from Terminator. Why didn't you just get rid of the 3 other heads if you're not going to give them eyes too? Him and his weapon look like lumpy gold and silver turds. Stick with the original textures. Unless you were going for the T2000 look then which case I would say gj.
First I get the error for the APP import. I click ok on the error message, then select the script window. Then press Control + E. This closes the maxscript thing over on the right side.
Find the APP import again on Maxscripts then Import again, should work this time.
I wish I could provide you with good news, alas...I am now getting an error message trying to import the APP files now when I have the new ANI script on loaded on startup.

Were you able to get RoS animations and models working?

Have you looked into the animation sets yet?

I repeat the process for the ANI import as well.

He looks much better in Starcraft 2 than he did in Max.

I got the animation error again, but I did the Control + E thing for it as well and it works now.

Tried it on the 32-bit version of Max as well. Still got the same error.

When I deleted the line it just went down to the next line and had the same error. Deleted the next one, same error.

Not sure which one it was. It happens with every model I try. Am I just doing something incorrect? I know next to nothing when it comes to scripts.

I tried multiple models. The Angel Trooper and the Female Wizard.

How are you getting the model the animations? I get an error when I import the animations.

I looked at the Female Wizard textures. There is a Diffuse, Tint, and Specular. None of them have an alpha channel.
