I'm aware of the publishing system. If you are reading this and plan to say it's useless then don't bother responding. I want to release my map but I want to see if I can get some sort of protection before I can release it.
That is correct but it depends a lot more on the sample. If your sample contains bronze, copper, silver, gold and platinum games. You might see APM as a significant variable affecting the outcome of a game.
If your sample contains only platinum games I guarantee you APM won't be a significant variable because at this point having an APM above 300 or 400 doesn't make much difference in the outcome of the battle. Sure it can mean someone's reflexes are faster but it also can mean player's like to spam a lot.

I am trying to find a workable workaround over the current bug that forces buildings to stack to grid.
I want remove some of the "building" properties to make it placeable anywhere like a regular combat unit but so far found nothing. Any ideas?

House is all right if you don't give a crap about storylines.
That means you can see any episode on whatever season and still get the gist of what's going on.

@LegionofPhoenix: Go Sixen brings up a good point but if you are sure that the email address is the correct one then:
Check the following things: Go to your battle.net account and check the status of your StarCraft 2 license. You might have been banned.
If NOTHING ELSE has changed then I think deleting all the registry entries of StarCraft 2 + a reinstall would fix it.
Go to regedit and do Ctrl + F type" StarCraft II" and delete all entries you find.
If that fails too. Reformat.

Don't forget the Terratron, the Tauren Marine, Lurker, Soul Hunter, Tempest, Star Ray and a few other scrapped units.
