Well with the copyright bs from blizzard you can't really use those names, and massing units in SC2 seems to lag some peoples computers causing less popularity.
I've created a test map with a bunch of triggers and I wish to copy a select few and put them into a new map that I'm designing. I've found not a way to do this.. can anyone help? :D
I can't seem to solve this problem >:\ I just started getting to mapping again (used to be a huge mapper back in SC1) and now I can't even get my game running properly!
My computer is good. MORE than the recomended requirements for this game. And It can't even run it?!
Here are my specs:
Processor:
AMD Phenom(tm) 9650 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs), 2.3GHz
Memory:
3072MB RAM
Hard Drive:
243 GB
Video Card:
ATI Radeon HD 5770 Series (1gb DDR5 Vram)
I have the latest ATi drivers (10.7a starcraft hotfix) and it still gets HUGE FPS drops when there are a lot of units and sprites on the screen. My friend has a dual core and a RADEON gfx card and can play on High! I'm stuck to LOW even in melee matches just barely getting 45 FPS (45FPS is a lot, but not for LOW with a computer that should be able to handle 60FPS on High or ultra).
My computer can handle other games like TF2 on max settings and max AA, and even crysis on high. But starcraft 2? Really? Can anyone shed some light on why my computer can't run this game smoothly? Nothing runs in the back ground, and i'm running Win7 32bit.
