So I created a aura with the help of this tutorial. Got everything working, But I don't want the caster/source unit to get the buff. I already tried to filter self, but that didn't work.
Someone knows how to do it?
The event unit is created has got the ability and behavior, when I want to change behavior, I get a list abilities instead of behavior. These 2 parameters do currently the same things, and that's adding abilities. That's not suposed to be, right?
About the factions/races, there's an tab for races in the data editor (hotkey F7). In the data editor there is a drop down menu called ''Data Type''. You'll find races under ''Advanced''. To change names, right click the unit in the data editor and choose "modify object'' (hotkey ctrl-M) and a menu should pop up. To add abilities to a unit, go to the ''ability - abilities +'' field. From there you can add/remove abilities. About the UI, you can make a custom UI I think, since there is also a ''Game UI Data'' in the data editor, but I don't know anything about that. You can also make a custom UI from dialogs, by triggers.
If you want to know how to make custom and more you should check out the tutorials page.

But it won't compile. I made the exact same trigger using the GUI. But it just won't compile, it gives me a syntax error.
Am I doing something wrong? or is it bug?

Some Protoss decided to pay a visit to these ancient temple grounds, But what they don't know is that they are being followed....

@Kueken531: Go I have exluded those things. Got it working now. I think I messed with other things that didn't had anything to do with the aura.

@PlanetOfTheApes: Go
Yes, you can. It only affects the units. Altough it overides the normal melee units.

This is my submission, something I made today. A simple bound just like the the original Starcraft.
It didn't record the audio for some reason...

My first attempt in WTE. It's not very good, is it? Mine is a little bit empty, my editor started to lag, to many trees I think.
@Yuka, make sure you have show backgound enabled (hotkey K).
Edit: I Improved mine, changed the mountains, and added fioliage.

This is awsome. I'm happy to see someone is making DK in Starcraft. It would be awsome if it had a custom interface too:P

I'm pretty new to scripting and by looking to the script made by the GUI, I made this custom script:
