So I'm attempting to create a brand new barracks. In order for it to create my new set of units, I created a new ability for the Unit to reference what unit is able to be trained. The default for Barracks is Barracks - Train. I created a new ability, set the units I want it to train, but for some reason the ability isnt showing up in the list of possible abilities for the Barracks. It still containts Barracks - Train though. Any idea? Is this a glitch?
Give 100 minerals + 1 gas to player 1 based on the amount of command center + oil refineries he has. So If he has 5 command centers, 5x100=500 minerals and 2 oil refieries 2x1 = 2 gas. I also need this to happen every 1 minute. (This is going to apply to all players in the game. If there's an easier trigger for every9one, please do so, otherwise I'm just going to copy the trigger for each player slot)
I'm trying to make an SCV with a different name and information. I need to create multiples as there will be a different SCV name and description per player.
Now my problem is, when I copy a SCV unit and start changing the properties I want, I come across alot of the models, actors, abilities ect all have "Bla bla bla COPY" rather than just "bla bla bla". This obviously makes reference to an ability, button, model or actor that doesnt actually exist, and I have to hunt it down and change it all.
Is it possible to make it so I can create several different SCV's in the unit area, edit their description and names, but without the models or buttons changing?
An example right now is that I've finally linked the SCV to the proper model and its not just showing up as a sphere anymore, but, now when the scv dies and is supposed to give the death animation, it just dissapears.
When looking into it, the string for death animation for my edited SCV is Assets\Units\Terran\SCVDeath2\SCVDeath2.m3 but it should be Assets\Units\Terran\SCVDeath2\SCVDeath.m3. There's a 2 in there from the copy, I assume.
Long story short, any way to make this a million times easier for me?
Too small for diplo. Need more room to build on. Also, my map has several different strategic points for each country, making it more difficult to take said country, rather then the old Diplo of just massing one unit and you're in.
Actually is it possible to set all units of a certain type (ie. all command centers on the map) to have that trigger? Or do they all have to be individual triggers?

Hurry!!! we are starving for diplo! I am curious how many countries will there be?
I think my first release will have around 10-12 optional countries. Once we get the bugs worked out, we can look into expanding. Its the largest possible map size, so I've got plenty to work with. I'm pretty confident in the map as it is.
The map is complete, and so far the playable countries are as follows:
England - Ireland - Iceland - Norway - Portugal - Spain - France - Switzerland - Germany - Italy - Belgium - Poland - Russia - Greece (Some other countries around it) - Turkey - Syria - Palestine - Egypt (Some other countries around it) - Morocco

Thank yah. I used the "Is attacked" event rather then life changes, and it worked. Perfect.

I dont think you're supposed to be able to place units in low cliff levels. Not sure though.

I've got a few maps in the works, but I'm not fluent with the triggers yet.
My diplomacy map is almost complete, I just need someone to do the triggers for me.
