The Unit Game is simply an arena-style game where your objective is to be the first person to earn enough points with every type of unit. The game is playable at this point, but there are many improvements to come. You obtain points by killing the other player's units. (1 unit advance requires killing all of one player's units). This game was created by me (Chawk). If you have any suggestions feel free to post here.
Planned Improvements
Add an experience system that will save after leaving game
Adjust the amount of units that spawn
Add options for other maps and gameplay rules
Add options for adjusting the order that you obtain the units
Possibly add a ranking system
Prevent Hacking
Known Bugs and Issues
In 1v1 there is a slingshot effect due to number of remaining units
Morph baneling and spawn creep buttons still visible
Out of date map description
Patch Notes
1.0
game is publicly released
1.1
added leaderboard
adjusted player spawn locations
corrected unit assignment for gaps in player number
I want to remove the "save" and "load" buttons in the menu. Can someone post the steps on how to do this? I've been searching the web for UI manipulation guides and it seems like a very difficult thing to do, so for now I would like to simply get a basic version of my game online, and I would prefer to remove those before doing so.
Edit: Turns out that they are automatically removed.
