I was trying to make some quick alterations to a map to play with a friend and was getting this for about an hour straight. How did I get past it you ask? I logged out of the editor, logged into the game, played a map, then went and tried again. TA DA! it worked... My only guess is whether they have a cap on how many we can publish in so much time.
