So I am using spawn groups, (creating the units, then puting them in a unit group) using triggers, ATM they spawn on a point and it all works but they just go into a group and just look bad. I want them to spawn neatly, spread out and in a certain way as they will be around doodads to help set the theme and story. So is there a way to do this that wont involve creating a spawn point for each individual unit? Seeing as i am going to be spawning in the hundreds.
Thanks. If it doesn't make sense what I'm asking let me know and I will try re word it better.

explain: "certain way"
anyway it will involve math
You can spawn units at a random point in a region
Certain way would be like, If I have a statue doodad, getting them to form a circle around it, and placing melee units up front and ranged behind.
And for the spawning in a region, will that spread them out, but wont give me control where?
there is a function 'Point with polar offset'. I let's you get point from point offset by distance and angle so you can have them in circle
