Alright all finished, the sound effects aren't that cool but the effect is nice. I made it only 1 ability that applies the buff sequentially because I didn't see the point in having 3 moves when 1 can do just the same. The only thing different about having 3 moves is you could have separate cool-downs.
So, basically, I want a Prayer of Mending spell from World of Warcraft's Priest class (in case you don't know, it's a spell buff that stays on the target for 30 seconds or until the person takes damage (from direct sources), then bounces to another target and repeats 5 times). Difference for me, I don't want it to go off when the target gets hit, but rather just bounce 5 times. The spell should be able to hit any previous target any number of times, but must bounce first to another allied target. So, if there's only 2 people standing close enough, it can hit one target 3 times, and the other one 2 times. Target priority is to bounce to the person with the lowest health first, then go from there.
You're sure to be mentioned in credits on any project I finally get around to putting it in. :P
It's actually a lot harder to make a "chaining" ability that can only hit each unit once. So your spell request is actually easier than chain lightning. :) Only issue may be searching for the lowest health targets first.
I have an idea for you, but it seems like this would be a HUGE time involvement judging by the tutorial to make a chain lightning effect without using missiles...

Alright here you go, made exactly to your specifications, the effects aren't that shiny but you can easily change the missile actor. It even heals the lowest health targets first
I'm trying to make a leap attack. I want the Zealot to do an angled jump attack (like barbarians in diablo2) and I know how to do the damage (combination between psi-blade + nuke dmg), stun, etc but I'm not sure how to do the animation. Would I do a launch missile or persistent effect? I'm not sure. Thanks in advance!

I actually think I figured it out. I'm gonna post what my results are when I'm done.

Leaps to target point, deals AoE dmg upon impact and stuns target for 2 seconds.
I'd be interested to see what you came up with, i like seeing multiple approaches to problems because it helps me decide which method is the best, or possibly create a new method

the picture is rather dark and bad quality so ill explain it, the ship in the middle is a Frigate, the other 8 surrounding it are Battleships, they focus there beam weapons at the Frigate, and the Frigate harnesses it and shoots a pwnzor beam lol.

Did you want the Frigate to create the battleships or have the battleships required to be already present?

Did you want the Frigate to create the battleships or have the battleships required to be already present?
