I'm running into some issues with the WoD Ogre model so it's going to take longer. The old WMV can't read some of the armor meshes and instead jumbles them into a mess of polygons. The new WMV can however.To counter this I'm going to be exporting what I can with the Old WMV and then exporting the bind pose to an .obj with all the meshes on in the new WMV. I'll need to reskin a few of them because the weights are different but it shouldn't take terribly long. I should be able to do this with the character models as well for their bugged hairstyles.
Update: Just need to get the mail and cloth armor meshes to work properly for animations and should be good to go.

In my opinion, it is necessary to put the new interface from warcraft 3. You can use Renee mods for it or something like it. And try to add skybox for more realistic view.
The banner changes colors based on your faction just by setting the image tint in game, so I can set it to any team color basically.
Attributes that are able to to be changed include Hair Styles, Hair Colors, Skin Colors, Armor Set, Weapons/shield, Facial Features (beards), cloak style, show/hide helmet, possibly tabards, and the option of showing shoulders as left, right, both, or no shoulders.
I will likely have a banner on the left top and right top with the armor selection in between them.

It can be really tedious at times but the end result is definitely worth the effort.
Only need to bring in a few more ogre doodads and then the ogre model itself. Added a bit to the town.

Got the Saberon models set up. Much like character models their armor is shown/hidden via a behavior and texture declarations.
Just need to get horde structures in and the terrain will be finished.

Trying to mirror the layout of the human garrison for balance reasons. Still need to replace a bunch of alliance doodads.
