What do you mean by that? If you want the models to be tinted, you can do that with the Data Editor. Go to the actor whose color you wish to choose and add the event "UnitBirth [Insert Unit Name]" and term "SetTintColor [Insert Desired Tint Color]."
the setting up the model to allow a texture swap is not hard. As for the textures to use, that depends how different he wants it to look. Also I believe paintshop pro and other art programs can easily mess with the colour settings.
