With a simple texture recolor...These could be part of a Xel'Naga or Hybrid race. I always found that the Shroud from Grey Goo looked partially like Xel'Naga - like a perfect mix of Zerg and Protoss - where you can't tell if they're biological or nanorobotic, hiveminded or individualistic because they mix so perfectly it looks like they're both and neither. :P
