Heya, I'm working on a 3rd Person Spaceship map and wanted to share my idea with you :)
basically it's a 3rd Person Shooter map, but you're flying a spaceship ^.^
you'll have to fight against other ships. I dunno if it should be a singleplayer PvE map, a multiplayer PvE map or a multiplayer PvP map.
so...I need ideas from you! ;)
the first test of my cam, movement and shooting system is attached in this post, please try it and say me your opinion!
(localized for enGB, enUS, deDE, esES, frFR, koKR, ruRU, zhCN and zhTW)
Control your ship with:
W = forwards; S = backwards; A = left; D = right; R = up; F = down; LeftClick = shoot
I think multy PvP map in 1st person shooting is more exciting
small sight will give more thrill i think.
giving unexpected attack to Enemy will be much more fun

and I'll try to implement some kind of "height" shooting for a better shoot feeling and R/F movement^^

It has to be singleplayer; multiplayer WASD isn't viable due to its bad implementation and ensuing lag.
I think multy PvP map in 1st person shooting is more exciting small sight will give more thrill i think. giving unexpected attack to Enemy will be much more fun
The changing height is cool but pointless, as long as the enemy unit is along the fire line the shots will auto goto the unit.
