I'm was thinking objectives for my next campaign map so I decided just to list objectives I have seen in RTS games. Not sure does this thread serve anyone else than me really. Would be nice to get some fresh ideas from you to this thread =) I did this list by checking walkthroughs of Warcraft3 and Starcraft1.

Destroy enemy base [=all strucrues in region].
Destroy [specific building]
Rescue [something]
Survive for X minutes
Bring X amount of units to a [specific place]
Build X [units]
Collect X amount of Minerals / Gas
Kill X amount of units before other player does
