Going to go through and try to find as many bugs as possible:
Terran (all?)-
-Ravens/Sci ves. selection still bugged. If you pick ravens you can build them but the "option" remains, so you could make some ravens, then select Sci ves, then make science vessles. Buttons and options only dissappear once/if you choose sci ves.
-Barracks is still on WoL mode- reapers require tech lab, etc.. should be auto for HoS
-Research spider mine button in tech lab remains even after you research it. Minor bug, figured I'd report just in case. Spider mines still researchable and work, just the button remains.
-Thors still have 20mm cannons(or whatever they are) listed under their unit stats, listed as disabled.. just a visual bug(if the cannons are supposed to be gone)
Terran Mercs:
-Death Head Reaper Mercs do not receive upgrades.
-All Mercenary Compound mech and ships(with the exception of Jackson's Revenge) do not receive armor upgrades. Weapon upgrades work, armor does not.
- Merc Medivac spawned from merc compounds leave a trail of healing green beams all over map. Once it appears it does not dissappear for the rest of the game(or at least a long time). Purely a visual bug, but annoying.
Kel Morian Combine:
-Cerebus does not receive Air weapon upgrades. Armor does work. This is a cool unit, ability is fun
- Laserdrill tank not classified as an army unit.
Raynor's Raiders:
-No bugs specific to this faction, standard terran bugs listed above still apply
Alpha Squadron:
-Faction selection info is out of date- still lists ARES, doesn't list Warhound
-New Valkyrie model has no death animation, just dissappears.. and it does seem a bit too large.
I just want to find all possible bugs quickly. Some of these are too serious and demand a new update ASAP. So keep them coming.
Ohhh and there's no ice map in 1v1 HoTS ladder :-(
- Neo Planet S. As far as I know, Is an Ice Map. Don't know if it still in the current ladder map pool. But is still used in some tournaments. Atleast in the EU.

Rename alpha squad to The Dominion.
Dominion would have:
Nova as hero (with/without white star)
there was a focus of a ghost program, so +1 to ghost range upgrade
in sc1 campaign there was a focus on nukes, make a nuke upgrade in the late tier that kills all buildings in the area, like 1500 to 2000damage.
Warhound. Should switch from anti mech missile to aa attack, so like an advance goliath with a use vs zerg in regards to the antimech missile.
Holoboard, it’s ugly and only applies to terrans. Have it as a buff to an area of effect, like the overseer, maybe +1 armour
immortal protocol
Valkyrie is not a good choice for this faction, I would say Grizzly’s would be better
Umojan Protectorate (focus is on advance technology)
none of that upgrades that increase all health and attack rate. That’s op in itself.
the planetary fortress that can fly removed (is it already?), op because it can land at your base.
longer scanner sweeps
A.R.E.S,
psi distributors, effect all enemy movement speed rather than just zerg.
diamondbacks based off onegoal where its has an aa attack.
Kel-Morian Combine
Left as is but maybe use that new sc1 scv model there. Laser tank model could have a smaller turret and smaller laser beam and the animation attack looks funny. Reaper gains resources from attacking building and has the grenade weapon. They should get the miner unit!
Tosh’s faction, either left as is or mixed into rayon’s factions (raider replaced with Spector and the raider as something else like a sniper unit. So two to three often unused factions are removed and added to the others.
For left 2 die when will the choker come back?
Will the reaver be updated to version 2.1? (teal coloured version)

Now onto adding a Universail new Unit per race for this insanely long post (before it had some hots units and now that hots is here it needs more, like sc1 units)
Goilaith is a common unit between marine and thor and should be added by default, goilaith for heavy aa and thors for light aa splash while a heavy assult unit.
Lurker to make hyrdalisk more usefull and to add an element of defence to zerg, I want my hydralurker combo. also lurker makes a good hardcounter to roaches and was serpose to be in multiplayer but wasn't for some odd reason.
for protoss I will say add the scout, its a basic unit that fairs will vs heavy air units, more so than the voidray while void rays to insane ground damage. while I am on the subject terran lacks a anti air unit that is considered light amoured vs aa; voids in mass eat vikings.

@rickmary: Go I'm not the publisher of Big Game Hunters so I can't tell you if its going to be updated, but there are other maps, like Premonition and Magma Core, that won't anytime soon I can guarantee that.
EDIT: I updated the version on NA to fix most of the bugs reported so far, and some I found myself. I also made a few changes:
Dehaka's abilities now cost energy.
Aberration stats reverted to HoTS.
Valkyrie unit removed until I fix it.

The other 1v1 map that "won" the poll was Star Station, but I reached my map limit, so I have to delete some first.

it should mention split pick options and main factions.

hope this isn't too much trouble, but it would be easier to select the questionmark image icon and only the 2 options show up. for example you morph rather than deselecting you building/unit to pick another building to pick the upgrade cause you forgot and then you back all the options for that unit are on that said unit.
lurkers disapear,
when playing l2d, if infestor is picked nothing shows up, you can't build the infestor. l2d works, but kaboors should say they have an aoe and something disappeared for the hunterling, they funtion correctly is just the abilty shows blank (but button is there) also they don;t get ataack upgrade.
you already know this but queens is missing the slime and it would be nice if it was able to infest structures and make the 500 damage suicide units.

I understand the first part of your argument, about making the question mark button bring the option, but not the rest about morph and what else. Its possible, but is it really necessary? I will be a lot of work to add for all option in the game.

Damn blizzard gremlins! The Infestor button simply disappeared from the larva's command card! The Hunterling leap button also vanished, I had to create a new one. Most of the bugs in your post already fixed for the next update.
You mean the Queen's Ensnare? I know the visuals aren't good, Blizzard's version of the ability was never finished so I'll have to work on the visuals myself.
Ohhh and SC Expanded Arakan Citadel got to page 6 of the top played maps! I took a screenshot and made it my wallpaper! XD
right, lurkers "disappear" as in after they hatch from cacoon, they leave a shawdow and can't be selected and are invisable

tosh had 3/3 at first, and upgrades stack, so at nd game 6/6
cerberus fires at any 10 enemy units, including rocks, no weapons upgrades, no tech reactor needed, should be bigger size? looks small. attack rate should be lowered, missels flood the screen wtih even 5 ships
sucken coloney attack speed should be increased to aim for the target,not where the target was. also they should get a health buff.
warhound does not get a amour upgrade.
reavers range to 9 rather than 8 (they should have seige range).
hybrid range form 2 to 6 or 5
i can see enemy shuttles anywhere on base
that protoss tower that is unused at the moment, mabey a building that increase sight like the xelnaga tower
Ocular Implants, in sc1 increase sight by 2 and nuke range by 2. also lockdown lasted 60secs and in this version does 12secs
diamondbacks attack speed buff/able to attack air
somewhere you should add ghostnova's model of a sc1bc (or Kailniris2 model but that would look nicer for the umojan protectorate) and add the sc1bc attack of 25damage, range 7 (they outrange bunkers in sc1) of a attack rate of 1.3 with the animation lazer from that past moive clip of marines with lazers.
I thought the carrier build time was decreased before hot (to bc time), but it reset to 120s?

New update today, again mostly for bug fixes. But some changes to map pool as well. Star Station replaced Cloud KIngdom in NA pool and added to EU. Silent Dunes replaced Frontier in the NA pool and added to EU pool.
