A long long time ago I made a map called Card Shuffle. Needless to say It's back remade, repolished, bigger, better and more fun than ever. Plus Blizzard just featured it so go try it out ;)
What is Card Shuffle?
Think Yu-gi-oh, Magic the gathering or Hearthstone in a real time starcraft 2 environment.
Tell us more?
Each players picks a Hero and a Deck, you gain cards gradually over time. Cards can be used to cast spells, summon units, create structures and build hero weapons.
The goal is simply to destroy the enemy Heroes. (Game is a 1v1 or 2v2).
How much content is there?
Currently there's 7 Heroes and 7 Decks to choose from. Each have their own unique theme, flavour and powers.
What else is coming?
In the future you'll be able to build and design your own decks, play draft modes (similiar to Arena in Hearthstone), play free for all 1v1v1v1, play a ranked mode and much more!
I played a little. Not enough to really give in-depth, useful feedback, but still, opinions!
It seemed like the winner was usually decided by who ended up with an unlucky string of cards. Some cards, healing especially, appear way too weak.
The hero's attack range seems waaaaaaaaaay too long, and there appears to be no real punishment for relying on it. I think I'd prefer to see things like weapon cards from hearthstone, that have limited uses, than the current incarnation.
I'd be careful with a draft mode. Many cards are bad, and that kinda balances the game because many of your opponent's cards will also be bad. Adding a draft mode would, in my opinion, heavily harm balance.
I love the team functionality. It's inevitable that such a map would be compared with Hearthstone, and this feature is what would make it different from Hearthstone. It'd be great to see this expanded; 3v3, 5v5, Players vs Boss (like the WoW TCG's raid mode) etc.
Initially I had Hero attacks really weak, but players kept complaining they got overwhelmed to quickly. They are probably a bit strong but it seems to be most fun like this, especially new players.
Are there any cards you feel are specifically weak right now, same goes for imbalanced cards?
5v5 is a bit tricky, as execessive AoE cards and spamming of units, kind of ruins it, all sense of strategy goes out the window. I can't think of a way of making it fun.
This game is a good remake of the similar game back in Wc3. Some issues, but nothing excessively serious.
Some tooltips are lacking. What is the AOE on the suicide explosion card, for example? Also, unit's themselves should get their selection description, even if that is a lower priority. Same with buffs. Cards should somewhat more clearly state whether or not they can effect heroes or not.
At least one card is bugged. The card that gives +20 health or -20 health to allies/enemies, if used on a friendly unit, uses no energy, and does not get removed. Quite abusable, since you can make all your units effectively immortal.
Cards should be linked (and labled) to the numbered keys on the keyboard, so as to allow more rapid usage. As is, it can take two or three clicks for using spells targeting units.
That you have to select a unit first before casting, instead of the other way around like every other spell ever is somewhat inconvenient. And then have to select your hero, or other units.
Also, while it might have a reasonable explaination, I had a siege tank out, which was taking damage for no apperent reason. No enemy untis in range, no enemy siege tanks or apperently equivilents, and it was periodic, so unlikely to be a spell. Unsure what was going on, since cloaking isn't a think as far as I know.
Just wanted to second some of Ranakastrasz's points as well as explain the last one.
More descriptive and carefully crafted tooltips are certainly something I would agree with Ranakastrasz, as well as being able to be linked to keys on the keyboard for more rapid and smooth actions.
Also, I know you have explained this to me before why it is not one or the other, but maybe in the wording, or possibly add a sub description of "select target unit then cast" or "select card and cast on target unit" because I remember when I first played this I accidently casted some abilities on some units assuming that it would be a click on card and select unit instead of a click on unit cast card.
As for the siege tank, whenever it fires, it damages itself on each shot so that it cannot stay up forever, I believe it is in the description of the card itself.
Unit descriptions, it's just a matter of finding space on the screen to have that. I can add it in eventually. I always write on the cards whether they target units, heroes or units and heroes.
Soul Blast has been fixed, sorry I hadn't published that on the US realm yet, it's done now.
Hotkeys along with normal ability like cards (click then target) can be made if someone shows me how to make a 10 slot inventory. Then I could make all cards items.
As joecab said Siege tank's attack also damage itself. It should say it on the card.
Yes, but it's a very basic, just 10 dialog buttons, swapping in images for different cards. It does have some big advantages, the main downside is you need to click on targets before casting and no hotkeys.
A whole new UI will be coming, it will blow you away :)

Thanks for your feedback.
Deck Building has been added, build your own custom decks. Create the most imbalanced combo's you can come up with!
Alot of bug fixes and glitches have been solved as well.

Hi Ranakastrasz, thanks for your feedback

Thanks again, hope you're enjoying the game.
Ah, that explains a lot. Thanks.
Unit descriptions, I meant the part where you select the unit, then hovering over the unit's icon. Having that be UI would probably be preferable.
I suppose that is what I get for not clearly reading a card description.
10 slot inventory. Presumably you are using a custom UI setup of some kind?
Yes, but it's a very basic, just 10 dialog buttons, swapping in images for different cards. It does have some big advantages, the main downside is you need to click on targets before casting and no hotkeys.
