On first impressions, I'd say that the controls need some work. I'd suggest going with a system where you move to where you click, perhaps a custom system. Also, I had no idea what to do or where to go lol. I never succeeding in getting inside :(
Not sure how far you are supposed to be able to get seeing as it's a demo, but once inside the building I couldn't get past any of the doors, I'm assuming there is something in the trashcan in the kitchen judging by the one note, but I can't seem to get close enough to it.
Overall, good atmosphere, good idea, my main beef is with the controls, when it swaps screens its very disorienting and because it changes angles a lot of the time its easy to loop back and forth between screens.
BUGS:
On the screen in the lower right I think that is fencing and then you can walk to the left, if you hug the bottom you can just walk endlessly until you hit a certain point then there is a crashing sound, not sure if intentional.
I basically used a WSAD library but i may change it when it comes to another release.
Heres a few tips......
Out Front - Head to the door, the note will reveal a riddle....
Tip 1 - Head around to a few stairs, go up and you'll see a small thing on a tre leaf, press E.
Inside - Certain riddle about the trash can..
Tip 2 - Head upstairs...
Riddle's are not meant to be easy, but once you read over it a few times, you should get it eventually.

As for my own feedback;
-If, in the 'main menu', you click 'Instructions', you get the movement keys, after which the map exits itself?
-Camera transitions, somewhat as predicted, can be terrible. It's possible to get 'stuck' in a transition in some situations; pressing W moves you from camera A to B, but once you enter B the W key moves you the other way and you automatically walk back into A. That kind of stuff was seriously annoying.

I think controls should be W = Move twoards facing, A and D turn your guy and S walks backwards.
