I'm currently trying to figure my own out but it's not going so good. I might if I keep trying but I don't know how long I'd have to try for...

The one thing I know that needs to be in the trigger is the 'AI Cost Between Points' condition. That detects if your blocking basically, the rest is ordering the units to either kill the buildings that are blocking them or have them automatically killed and then ordering the units to go to their spots. I cant seem to think of a decent way to set this up though.

I found a way of doing it after like 10 tries, so far I think it's quite good as it cant fail in some way unlike most other anti-blocking triggers. It's also quite simple;

Events - unit is created (any unit)
Actions
If Then Else
--> If
AI Pathing Cost Between Points = -1 (use an invisible unit placed at the spawn and end regions)
--> Then
kill (created unit)
--> Else
(nothing)

If one unit cant move through it, what makes you think 500 other units of the same size could walk through it right? For my map it currently works flawlessly. I'll post the thing directly from the editor tomorrow. So tired right now...
