Open the data editor, go to sounds, click on the sound you want to lower. then open the assets plus field (double click on it.) and there will be a volume slider in there

So I would have to lower the sound of Death_Marine; marine shooting ... etc... Of all units that I have in the map?, Because I have a big battle going on and I want people to listen to the sound without mutting the units fighting.

                Sound - Set all sound channel volumes for Speech over 0.0 seconds for (All players)
