I'm looking for a way to make armor and damage added as a percent instead of a number. What I mean is that for every armor or every Strength stat, the unit gets -1% damage taken or +1% damage dealt. I've searched through this site, but nobody has given an answer so far, and I've spent an insane amount of time trying to figure it out on my own.. It doesn't matter whether it's through behaviors or triggers.
The one idea I thought might work was to change the attack unit's damage based on armor, however, triggers only allow you to change the damage to 0%,10%,100%, and 300%.
I know this is a very old thread, and maybe there is one that answers this question but what the hell. You go into the units weapon, Combat - Armor Reduction. Say the max armor is 100, and a weapon has 1000 damage, you change armor reduction to 10, so if a unit has 100 armor, they will recieve no damage from that weapon. If the weapon did 10 damage, armor reduction would be .1 giving the same effect. Simple math

You might have to do something with catalogs in triggers or writing your own formulas.
Nevermind, finally figured out how to create percentage based armor.

Nice necro but you maybe should have read the tutorial about making a WC3 like armor system first.
Also there is the Combat - Damage Response - Modify Fraction field of buffs.
