I am designing the heroes, theyre abilities and basic triggers. What is done right now has been done by me.

Other than that, who is "we" if everything was done by you? Also, what is this project about other than the zing of snow? ;x

Also, if you've got much done, I'd recommend putting a bit more information about the project in your post, like screenshots. That should encourage more people to join.
