i have seen many people post and under thier name it has a Reputation: number... what does this mean, how do you get an increase in rep. how do you even get rep.? Guessing its something the moderators give ya or something from the admin. does...? i dont know. i have seen some in the 100's. o.O. any explanation? :D
O yea that not really sure how that happened I came on and bam somebody had liked a shit load of my comments. I'm geussing somebody from my team but idc either way.

Liking a post gives someone a rep, everyone can do it. It's next to the reply button.

Edit: or is it that if some one else clicks ''like'' on your post the poster gets the rep point?
