The entire game can now be installed, but the servers aren't live until tomorrow.

Our (EU) servers are up right now. Same massfest as with WoW - servers have been up for 20 minutes, but everyone's getting "servers are full" messages and similar stuff. Spamming login with 3 palls as we speak.

Turns out the Downloader will say it is finished. However, the button will say 'cancel'. Don't click it. It autoupdates the actual installer to include the last minute bug-fix patch that rolled out on the 12th of May.

Let it hang at 100% for about 5 minutes or so, and it will auto-launch the installer. I'm currently at 53%. Woot.

Making my story predictions right now (complete guess, not confirmed in any way). We'll see how right I was:
Tyrael is falling star
Tyrael and imperious fight over sanctuary's protection from demon invasion
Heaven is invited by demons, crystal gate is shattered, capital city (forget name) is under siege and you go in to save it
Diablo comes back by possessing somebody, possibly Leah or her mother

The funny thing is it looks like the servers in SC2 are saturated as well. A few friends of mine were disconnected for no reason from BNet while playing custom maps a few hours ago, so I assume Blizzard is victim of its own success now that D3 is out... Hopefully they're already taking measures as we speak to improve the game, on the server side.
