How about a single day per week, lasting 168 hours.
You'd work 45 hours straight without pause, then sleep 40 hours long. Then you eat for 5 hours. After that you got all the annoying stuff out of the way and have 78 full of FUN TIME!
Also, we won't have 4 days (weeks) a month anymore. We won't call it month but 'macrocycle' because it's such an awesome word. Every macrocycle has 7.5 days (otherwise we'd have nasty leap weeks.. ehh leap days every 400 days, which is inexcusable).
Of course people would have to remember changing their watches every 7th days, since this one is only half as long as the others. But I believe this is a small price to pay for an otherwise perfectly regulated time system.
